Hugo Sager MBA / Ing. HTL

Hugo Sager is the founder and CEO of PCS GmbH and still the only full time Senior Consultant. After finishing his mechanical engineering apprenticeship in 1981 and his engineering bachelor studies in 1987, he was able to gather extensive on the job experience in Switzerland and abroad.

 In 2001, after living and working for 9 years in Indonesia, he successfully completed his MBA studies at the University of St. Gallen Switzerland. This education has further strengthened his abilities in the fields of business development, communication, project and knowledge management, and institutional development.

 After five successful years as a freelance consultant, he founded the Project Cycle Support (PCS) GmbH in July 2007. The aim of PCS is not to grow fast in size, but to ensure good quality services, and therefore the company strategy is to go into alliances with other institutions and individual experts. 

From 2005 to 2010 he was guest lecturer for project management at the Pedagogical University of Central Switzerland delivering training on PCM and LFA.
