The Project Cycle Support GmbH (PCS) is specialised in the delivery of high quality consultancy in development cooperation. PCS is thereby focussing on vocational education and income issues and connects Skill Development with overarching themes.
Main focus is given to systemic development, capacity development and management processes. This ranges from organisation and system development, project preparation, activity and budget planning support, monitoring, evaluation and impact analysis.
